NIHR BioResource

The NIHR Cambridge BioResource Open Evening. Thursday 27th June 2019

Cambridge NIHR BioResource volunteers are invited to attend an open evening and hear about some of the research that has been made possible through volunteer participation.

There will be presentations from scientists about the research that the Cambridge NIHR BioResource has and is hoping to contribute to.

This is a ticketed event which is free to attend and open to all Cambridge BioResource volunteers. Light refreshments will be available and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and meet some of researchers and team who run the Cambridge NIHR BioResource.

There are a limited number of tickets available so please register early to secure a place. Please note: tickets will be available from noon on  Thursday 6th June until noon on Tuesday 25th June (or sooner if demand is high). Tickets are limited to two tickets per volunteer (i.e. one for yourself and one for a guest), however we do ask that no young children attend the event.

Tickets can be booked via event bright HERE.

We have secured free parking in Car Park S off Robinson Way, opposite the Cambridge Academy of Science and Technology. The car park is positioned close by the CRUK entrance. Please note that this is a staff car park and that the barriers will NOT be opened for the event until 5pm (PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 5PM). There are plenty of parking spaces, however where possible to reduce the amount of traffic coming onto the Addenbrooke's site we ask where possible that you use one of the Cambridge Park and Ride sites or alternative public transport. There are no disabled parking bays in this car park, therefore if you require disabled parking facilities please contact the office on cbr@bioresource.nihr.ac.uk or 0800 090 1212.

We look forward to meeting you at the event.
